You must create an account to make purchases or sell on Darwin. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, fulfill orders promptly, and comply with all applicable laws. Darwin reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies or applicable regulations.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must provide accurate shipping information and payment details. All sales are subject to the seller's return policy unless covered by Darwin Guarantee.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, sell counterfeit goods, harass other users, or violate any applicable laws. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination.

6. Commission and Fees

Darwin charges a commission on each sale made through the platform. Commission rates vary by seller plan and product category. All fees are clearly disclosed before listing products.

7. Dispute Resolution

Darwin provides a dispute resolution process for transactions gone wrong. We encourage buyers and sellers to first attempt to resolve disputes directly. Darwin's decision in dispute cases is final.

8. Limitation of Liability

Darwin is not liable for the actions of third-party sellers or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Darwin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
